Life Skills Coaching
Our Life Skills Coaching program is designed to support individuals in gaining confidence with the routines and responsibilities of everyday life. Each person is paired with a coach who provides one-on-one guidance based on their personal goals and interests. Support might look like helping someone plan their week, build better habits at home, or feel more comfortable getting around town. Sometimes it’s about learning how to shop for your own groceries, other times it’s organizing your space, preparing meals, or working on clear communication in different situations. We take a friendly, flexible approach that meets each person where they’re at, always with the goal of helping them feel more capable and independent in their daily life.
Personal Assistance (PA)
Altura Care’s personal assistance services are tailored to support individuals who need assistance with daily living activities, community integration, and supervision when their primary caregiver is away. From helping people run their errands, bathing and grooming to meal preparation and feeding, our services cover a wide range of essential tasks.
Self-Determination & Private Pay Options
At Altura Care, we proudly support individuals and families through both Self-Determination (SDP) and Private Pay options.
Our services are designed to help each client live with more independence, confidence, and purpose — whether you receive support through your Regional Center’s Self Determination Program (SDP) or prefer a private arrangement.
If you are not yet enrolled in the Self-Determination Program, our team can connect you with trusted service advocates in the Inland Empire who can guide you through the process.
